DANA deposit and withdrawal

Withdrawal via DANA follows the same path: initiate a withdrawal request in your account, select DANA as the destination, and the funds return to your DANA wallet within subject to verification. DANA charges no platform fee, though your bank may apply a small transfer fee. OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay operate similarly to DANA: both are e-wallet services with broad adoption across Indonesia. Register your OVO or GoPay account, link it to a bank account or credit card, and you can deposit to yowistogel instantly. When you select OVO or GoPay at checkout, a QR or deep-link is generated; scan or tap to open your wallet app and confirm the amount. Deposits clear in subject to verification. Withdrawals via OVO and GoPay may take slightly longer (subject to verification) due to backend-settlement windows, but funds always arrive the same day. Both services impose minimal platform fees; however, confirm any wallet-specific limits with your OVO or GoPay account settings. If your account is new, wallet providers sometimes require additional KYC (ID + selfie) for larger transactions. yowistogel accepts verified OVO and GoPay users immediately, but the wallet provider's internal limits may apply.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual-account deposits offer a traditional banking alternative. When you choose a bank at checkout, yowistogel generates a unique VA code (for example, BCA VA 1234567890123) tied to your account. You then transfer funds from your own bank account (or any ATM) to this VA code. Processing takes subject to verification depending on the bank's settlement cycle. The key advantage of a bank VA is that funds are transferred from your personal account, making the link auditable and familiar. Withdrawals return to the account holder whose name matches your KYC record, which may take subject to verification for bank processing. All four major Indonesian banks (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI) are supported. Note that some banks charge a small transfer fee (typically 2,500–our welcome offer) per transaction; check your bank's published rate if you are unsure.

Fees, limits, and verification

yowistogel itself does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, bank) may apply minimal transfer fees (usually under our welcome offer). Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by account tier and promotion: new accounts typically start with daily and monthly limits, which increase after verified KYC. To raise your limits, upload a government-issued ID and a selfie; verification takes subject to verification. Once verified, daily withdrawal limits usually increase to several million IDR. Some promotions may impose minimum deposit or maximum bonus-claim thresholds; these are listed on each promotion page. Your account dashboard always shows your current limits and how much you can still deposit or withdraw in the current day and month.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not arrive within the stated window, contact yowistogel support with your transaction ID (visible in your account ledger or payment confirmation). Our team will verify the transfer at the payment provider, check for any holds or network delays, and either manually credit the funds or request a refund from the provider. For DANA, OVO, and GoPay, most delays resolve within 1–2 hours; bank transfers may take longer if the originating bank is processing slowly. If a withdrawal takes longer than expected, check your account notification settings (some banks send SMS) and your bank's app to confirm receipt. If funds do not arrive after 24 hours, provide our support team with your withdrawal request number and the destination account details, and we will investigate with the payment provider immediately.
